By accessing or using SnapLanding, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Marketplace & licenses
Free templates are subject to download limits on the Free plan. Premium templates require a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated. Unless a template listing specifies a different license, purchased templates grant a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the template for personal or client projects. Reselling template source files as competing products is prohibited.
Creator terms
Creators warrant they own or have rights to submitted templates. SnapLanding takes a platform commission on premium sales as displayed in the creator dashboard. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and review.
Subscriptions
Pro and Agency plans renew monthly until cancelled. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not upload malware, infringe intellectual property, scrape the platform abusively, attempt unauthorized access, or use SnapLanding for unlawful content.
Disclaimers
SnapLanding is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
